Yellow Star
This plant came with a few totally green leaves and with time all new leaves grew variegated. 🤩 Only the mid line on each leaf is green. 🌿
Surely, it is a slow grower. However, I consider this feature a plus ➕ because it can stay forever in the matching honey pot 😂, which my son Victor made for my succulents 🥰.
This plant is absolute favorite of all times. 💛 The only thing I wish is that it does not lose the green lines and does not become all yellow because it needs to produce chlorophyll, which only green cells can generate. BTW, the slow growth rate is due to limited chlorophyll production. 🤓
I have it for at least 20 months 🤩 and I have not seen it bloom or have babies. I do not know whether it's a bad sign or not, but for sure it is not typical for echeverias. Although, I favor plants that are solitary and do not have too many flower stalks. This is another reason for falling in love with this beauty. 💖
The pot is 6" in diameter.
