Absolutely rare and gorgeous plant! 😍 I did not have an intention of keeping it, but then... as it established and started showing its true beauty, I could not let go of it! 😂 It has found its permanent home! 🏡

I have received this plant as a variegated Suyon with one regular head - it is a single root for all heads. 😜

However, as the plant started growing, the shape of the leaves - pointy and wavy, as well as the size of each head made me think that I deal with a rare mutation 😲, which I will call variegated and crested at the same time. 🙃

Although, the confusing part about being crested is that each tiny rosette has a definite growing center. A crested plant is not suppose to have this - it should be a leaf mess instead of rosettes. And yet, look at it 😍, instead of growing variegated rosettes bigger, the plant just increases their number. 🤩

I do not know whether it will eventually grow out of it and start developing large variegated rosettes as expected. On the other hand, I do know that the shape of the leaves is very atypical for Suyon. So, whatever additional mutation it has, it makes it even less common as a specimen. 😘🦄

My conclusion is that bigger rosettes or not, this plant will never become a common variegated Suyon, which for sure pleases me. 🤩 I love rare plants! 🧡

P.S. Note to myself: next time, I need to post about my variegated Suyon, which has a usual large rosette. 😉
