My favorite today: Echeveria 'Black Prince'

My Echeveria 'Black Prince' is not so black today because it is planted in the sunniest location in Concord, CA. It went through multiple days with 100°F to 110°F temperature and faded to this beautiful caramel color. 😄 I have no idea how it managed to survive in this heat, not even talking about becoming such a gorgeous specimen! 😍

I'm wondering what it is preparing to make - babies or flowers?

The scars on the leaves are sunburns and squirrels' bites.
